Can I make additional changes to the candle I choose?
Yes you will be able to add to the product customiser when choosing your product.
How much extra will this cost?
We do not charge for any changes made.
If I don’t make any changes can I still see the design before you ship it?
Yes we automatically send you a proof the design before we proceed with making the candle.
How long does it take to ship the candles?
We normally ship within fourteen days of you telling us that you are happy with the design. If you need a candle in a hurry let us know and we will try our best to do it on time.
Do you ship outside Ireland.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What is the shipping charge within Ireland?
We use a courier to deliver all candles in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The charge is €6.00 regardless of quantity or weight. Please make sure you give a suitable delivery address as candles are delivered between 9am-5pm Monday- Friday.
What is the shipping charge outside Ireland?
We post all candles to countries outside Ireland as this is the most economical way for you. The cost is determined by the weight of the order and by what country you are in. For a worldwide shipping quote just email us with the candles required and we will respond quickly with a shipping cost.
Can you put photographs on your candles?
Yes we can, these can be uploaded on the product customiser during the product selection process.
What happens if the details on the candle are incorrect?
In the unlikely event of us getting it wrong we will replace the candle free of charge including shipping. If you made the mistake unfortunately you will have to reorder.
